How to Change or Update Your Information as a DCB Member

Keeping your details up to date with Derbyshire Community Bank is easy. You can update your information through our Online DCB App or by calling us on 01332 348144. Please note that we may need proof of any changes, such as a utility bill, to verify your update.

In the app, go to Account Management and look for the “Update your information” section. Here, you can:

  • Click “Update your account information” to change your personal details.

  • Add or update your bank account details.

Making changes through the app is fast and convenient, letting you manage your account securely anytime, anywhere.
